Because of the nature of our projects, we usually use SCRUM, an Agile approach, for the highest flexibility and quality. Known as a simple method for the management of complex projects, SCRUM provides a true incremental approach that enables to make sure that the final product will meet the initial requirements.

• Reducing waiting times to the bare minimum, by eliminating the times between development phases (coding, testing, QA, etc.)
